The Inhabitants Of Hell

Revelation 21:8; I Corinthians 6:9-12

Character Of Those In Hell

  • The first and most important verse from this sermon describes the Character of the Inhabitants of Hell. Pastor breaks it down to each description and the most striking thing about the list is that it describes all christians as well. If we haven't physically haven't done the sins and behaviors, we at least considered it in our hearts. Having said that, we can now be relieved that people who have cried out to God for forgiveness, believing that Jesus promised to forgive us if we humble our hearts and repent and claim Christ as our savior! That is the great news of the gospel! We are all sinners and even one sin not forgiven will lead us to the terrible place called Hell where torment and regret are eternal. The Bible is honest and God loves us all more than we can imagine but those who resist and reject him will be judged in the most terrible way possible. Thank God for his mercy and grace, but also fear him greatly for his wrath on unforgiven sin. He doesn't want anyone to go to hell, but He allows it to happen because they have chosen to not believe in a creator and refused to trust the Son of God who sacrificed himself on the cross to pay our pardon for sin. Don't let your own pride in having no God but your own self keep you from seeking out your only hope for Heaven. Please cry out today for his wonderful salvation!
