Born in Kentucky but moving to Ohio at an early age, Dr. Trammel was raised on a 100-acre farm near Blue Ash. His journey in ministry began at a young age. He experienced a profound spiritual awakening at 14, which led him to the Lockland Baptist Church where he was saved, and at 17, under the ministry of Rev. John W. Rawlings, he surrendered his life to enter Christian training. He graduated from the Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1957.

Over the years, Dr. Trammel has served as Pastor of several churches, including Deer Park Baptist Church, West Chester Baptist Church, and Hartwell Baptist Church. His tenure at each congregation was marked by his unwavering commitment to preaching the Gospel, nurturing spiritual growth, and fostering a sense of community among believers.

Dr. Trammel's passion for music initially led him to explore opportunities in the entertainment field. However, his deep-rooted belief in using his talents for God's work redirected his path to full-time ministry. His gift for music, coupled with his compelling preaching style, has allowed him to connect with people from all walks of life and inspire them to deepen their faith.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Dr. Trammel serves on the board of Heritage Baptist College, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of ministers and leaders in the Baptist community.
